Winter
NAMM 2004
Winter NAMM 2004 was awesome for ISP Technologies, Inc.!
What started out to look like a slow show, ended up being
the best we have had yet. Some new and old friends came by
the booth and we were rockin’!
Johnny Hiland, our newest endorsee for the Decimator Pedal
came by the booth to play and was mobbed. He drew a huge
crowd as he ran through some of his tunes. Signing
autographs and CD’s, Johnny made everyone he talked to feel
like a million bucks. Thanks, Johnny! One great guy, one
great guitar player, using one great pedal!
Dick Dale (and son) stopped by to check out the Theta
Vector, DFX 50 and other Waller Products. A crowd quickly
formed to check him out. Lee Oscar, harp player
extraordinaire, checked out the DFX 50 and thought it should
really be a harp amp! Everyone enjoyed the impromptu tunes.
Buck Waller (CEO/Owner of ISP) was really pleased to
reconnect with old friend Allan Holdsworth. His newest CD,
the Sixteen Men of Tain, is awesome and all you Allan
aficionados will love it!
Another highlight of the show was the Guitar Player Magazine
show hosted by Steve Vai with Satriani, Steve Lukather and
other players jamming the night away. Lukather and Buck
hadn’t seen each other in years, so another reunion was in
the making. Luke made plans to come by the ISP booth and
check out the new gear. He was excited about the Vector
cabinet and had some great ideas for other products in the
Waller Vector line. ISP is pleased to announce Steve
Lukather is now working with ISP to develop products and
endorse the Vector line.
ISP also picked up new foreign distributors at this show.
With Italy and France now covered, ISP is really jumping
into the international arena full force. All in all, Winter
NAMM 2004 was a blast!
