ISP Technologies Expands Operations

ISP Technologies is on a clear path to exceed what CEO James “Buck” Waller had accomplished with his previous company Rocktron.   “We are continuing to expand our operations and have recently moved our production into a separate building to accommodate our growth,” said Waller recently.  “We have been very fortunate in the recent economy to be experiencing such phenomenal growth.”  Looking to the amazing engineering team and innovative, patented technologies in both the Pro Audio gear and Guitar gear, it is no wonder that ISP is growing.

ISP can also thank the many artists who have been touting the product line.  The Decimator Noise Reductionä  pedal and the ProRackG have been a huge hit with the professionals!  Designed to beat the patents Buck Waller held for the original HUSH, he patented the Decimator to offer the player no loss in tone, no clipping and no loss in the sustain of notes.  Utilizing Time Vector Processingä, the Decimator rocks! With artists like Areosmith, Green Day, Anthrax, Jerry Cantrell (Alice in Chains), Tommy Victor, Billy Duffy, Chimaira, Devil Driver, Madonna, Arch Enemy, Steve Lukather, Christian Wolburs, Keith Nelson, Johnny Hiland, Robert Marcello, and Steve Stevens, using the Decimator, the question is not so much who is using it, but who isn’t?   Following in the lines on the Decimator Pedal, ISP is also coming out with the Fetish Pedal…check it out in booth 1519 or at their website, www.isptechnologies.com.

Christian Wolbers (Fear Factory), an endorsee for both the Vector SLä guitar subwoofer and the Decimator products, has been instrumental in getting the word out on the Vector SLä Guitar Subwoofer that was conceptualized with Steve Lukather.  Thanks to Christian, the Vector SL is gaining quite the reputation for being the ultimate guitar subwoofer with its’ innovative, novel line array geometry and the patented D-CATä Dynamic Current Amplifier powering a 400-watt, 4-inch voice coil and 15” woofer. After receiving his Vector SL’s, Stephen Carpenter of the Deftones told ISP, “these subs make having cabs on stage worth something again.yes!! monitors? what monitors?”

ISP Technologies also has artists touting the Thetaä 300 watt guitar head.  Artists from the highly regarded Italian guitarist Massimo Varini, to guitar shredder Robert Marcello (Danger Danger), to guitar virtuoso Johnny Hiland, to Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti, to guitarist extraordinaire Allen Holdsworth all have given ISP kudos for the Theta Vector guitar setup which touts 1100 watts as a full stack!  Christian Wolbers is also using the Theta Head to record the new band he is producing.  His reasoning for using the Theta?  Best distortion he has ever heard is what he told ISP.  New at the Summer NAMM show will be the Theta X212 Combo amp…it has to be heard to be believed!  300 watts in a combo???  Use the new Vector 212 extension cabinet and blow everyone away!

The ISP Technologies Pro Audio gear is also gaining an awesome reputation.  ISP is working with Delmar Brown to develop a keyboard monitoring system, something that Delmar has been after Buck to do for over 3 years.  Delmar loves the ISP sound in the cabinets and wanted something as good for the keyboardist as ISP currently has for stage and studio monitors and live sound. He agrees with Jamie Rio, reviewer for FOH magazine, that the fidelity, mid-range, and clarity of the ISP cabinets can’t be beat.  Delmar is currently using the High Definitionä 210 monitors to perform at the Roxy for a special MTV show.  ISP Technologies also recently won the bid for the Rosa Hart Performing Arts Theatre in Louisiana, beating out bids from virtually all of the “brand” names.  ISP Technologies announces two new arrivals in the growing High Definition™ Monitor family.   New for NAMM, High Defintion™ 112 and 212 join the highly regarded 115 and 210. These are high output 3-way active speakers featuring High-Definition Midrange™, achieving better resolution, lack of compression, and farther throw than cone midranges. The versatility of the speakers is amazing as they can be used as wedges or they can be pole mounted, stacked, or optionally flown.

ISP is also growing internationally and you can now find great ISP gear in the UK, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Germany, Singapore, Russia, France, the Dominican Republic, Australia, Japan, Thailand and Singapore.  Check out ISP Technologies’ newest gear in booth 1519 at the Summer NAMM Austen show, or check out the ISP website at www.isptechnologies.com.  For information on any ISP product, contact us at 248-673-7790 or email info@isptechnologies.com.
